This work from the Expressionist series are colorful small portraits. The style in which I painted this work is composed of different figurative and expressionist styles used throughout the ages. The color palette is sober but colorful to once again emphasize the essence of the portrait.

The work was created using acrylic and ink on a panel

The work was created by using acrylic and ink on a panel and framed in a black wooden frame. The size of the painting is 40 x 40 cm mounted in a frame of 46 x 46 cm. (thickness about 1 cm) The work is signed on the back of the panel and on the back of the frame.

Larger sizes and prints on other materials are available as reproductions of this work.


This work from the series Boys in a figurative style depicts boys who are locked in their world. A world that is not accessible to anyone else what it is his world. The style in which I painted this work I have built up from different figurative and impressionist styles used throughout the ages. The color palette is sober but colorful to once again emphasize the essence of the portrait.
