The Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano has the highest production volume of any Ferrari road car. It has an all new six-speed paddle shift gearbox, revised dual-clutch lever, and a refined suspension system that produce even more power. The overall design of the car has been carried over from the Ferrari FF and the Ferrari California. The front styling of the car has been completely re-scaled to reduce the bulging look that occurs when the car is new. The air intakes and the headlights of the Ferrari are now wider to reduce the air resistance through the cooling channels and the headlights now have integrated LED lights to increase the light output of the headlights.

The interior of the car has been further modified with the introduction of the Tuscan style with deep and rich colors. The new seats of the Ferrari 599 GTB Fioranohas replaced the conventional seat covers of the car with the new range of color combination including ivory, sand, and coral colors. The steering wheel and the dashboard of the car is colored carbon fiber to give it the sharp and sporty look. The most important change however is the performance of the car. The powerful V12 engine under the hood of the car produces a lot of horsepower and the car performs at its best with the help of the Brembo brakes.

One of the most striking features of the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano is the color combination. The color of the body is pure carbon fiber, while the top and the sides are a lighter color than the rest of the body. The front fender as well as the rear bumper are coloring in black, giving the car the aerodynamic look. With the use of fiberglass body kits, the interior of the car is also light in weight. Finally, the suspension system of the car uses coil springs as the main struts.
