The legendary sports car from 1964, the Aston Martin DB5 is considered by many to be the most beautiful Aston Martin made. Designed by Aston Martin and created by Carrozzeria Touring, this Italian coachbuilder, at the time of its release, epitomized luxury in Britain. The Aston Martin DB5 most striking feature is its long slender body that graced the models introduced in this series. Its twin wide tires made it capable of high-speed performances even on tracks as short as Eau de la Plage. This classic sports car from Aston Martin is a true representation of class and excellence.

The Aston Martin DB5 continues the legacy of the grand names that have built it, by combining elegant architecture with sleek looks. It features a conventional two-door sports car design with a choice of either a manual or automatic convertible. The two-door configuration is especially suited for those who want the convenience of an open top car without having to sacrifice comfort and sheer performance. The high-torque 3.2-liter V8 engine, developing around 600 horsepower, gives the Aston Martin DB5 the ability to accelerate to a maximum of nearly 70 miles per hour. It also features a fully air-conditioned cabin and standard features such as dual foot-operated push buttons and shock absorption.

The most striking characteristic of the Aston Martin DB5 is the way it glows with unrivaled beauty. The bodywork has been completely stripped down to the wheels, body lining, and the interior to leave only the essential parts to enhance its already unique character. The air-cooled flat-floor radiator, providing abundant fuel efficiency, along with central cooling ducts and water radiators, make the old Aston Martin DB5 truly functional, even when the road is hot and the engine running at full power. The factory ordered production of these vintage cars ended in 1964 and only a select few were made available to the public.
