The collection, "Women in Power," is my earnest attempt to capture the essence of strength, resilience, and influence that women carry within themselves. As a male artist, I embarked on this creative path with a deep sense of admiration and a desire to reflect the often-overlooked power of women.
Each brushstroke is an ode to their quiet perseverance, fierce determination, and the multifaceted ways in which they shape the world around them. From the nurturing love of a mother to the unwavering resolve of a visionary leader, these portraits are a celebration of the undeniable force that women represent. I recognize, humbly, that I can only offer my perspective—a man's lens—but it is rooted in reverence and the hope to amplify their stories.
Through this work, my aim is twofold. First, to remind women of the immense power they hold, even when society's structures attempt to diminish it. Second, to urge others, especially men, to acknowledge and support this strength, setting aside the biases that too often come with societal constructs.
